2. What data we process

• Login credentials — email and password for account creation (managed by Clerk, Inc.)
• Documents and photos — files you upload for analysis. They are not stored permanently — sent to the AI model and discarded after analysis.
• Payment data — processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. We have no access to your card number.
• Credit balance — we only store the number of remaining analyses on your account.

3. Purpose of processing

• Providing AI-powered contract and document analysis service
• Managing user accounts and credits
• Processing payments for premium credits

4. Third parties

• Clerk — authentication (clerk.com/privacy)
• Anthropic — AI document analysis (anthropic.com/privacy)
• Stripe — payments (stripe.com/privacy)
• Upstash — credit count storage (upstash.com/privacy)

5. Cookies

We use only technical cookies necessary for login and application functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Send your request to docthink@alegant.eu. Your account can be deleted directly in the application.

7. Security

All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. Documents are not stored long-term on our servers.
