DocThink is a tool using artificial intelligence (AI) for automatic analysis of contract documents. The application identifies potentially risky formulations, missing provisions, and recommends a verdict (sign / modify / reject) based on the content of the uploaded document.

2. What DocThink is NOT

• DocThink is not a lawyer, attorney, or legal advisor.
• The AI-generated analysis does not constitute legal advice or a legal opinion.
• Analysis results cannot replace consultation with a qualified lawyer.
• DocThink does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the provided outputs.

3. Limitation of liability

The operator of DocThink bears no responsibility for any damages, losses, or other harm resulting from decisions made based on application outputs. The user uses the application entirely at their own risk.

AI models may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. Each contract has its specifics and binding interpretation requires assessment by an expert with knowledge of applicable law and specific context.

4. Recommendations

Before signing any contract, especially one of higher value or binding nature, we always recommend:

• Consult the contract with a lawyer or other legal professional.
• Verify current legislation applicable in your country.
• Use DocThink's analysis as a first orientation step, not as a final opinion.

5. Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. All disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
