1. Operator

2. Service description

DocThink is an AI tool for analyzing contracts and documents. The service identifies risky clauses, missing provisions, and generates recommendations. Outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

3. User account and credits

• Registration is free. New accounts receive initial credits for testing the service.
• Each document analysis deducts 1 credit from your balance.
• Credits can be purchased via the Stripe payment gateway. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Unused credits are not refunded upon account deletion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes copyright or third-party rights.
• Misuse the service for automated mass processing without operator consent.
• Attempt to circumvent security mechanisms or service restrictions.
• Share account credentials with third parties.

5. Limitation of liability

DocThink is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a specific purpose. The operator is not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI analysis outputs. The user bears full responsibility for their decisions.

6. Service availability

The operator strives to ensure continuous service but cannot exclude outages due to maintenance or technical issues. The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service at any time.

7. Changes to terms

The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
